Having been in business for over 3 decades, Leighton Agency is known for their long-standing contacts, customer service, and family-oriented culture. However, a weak digital presence made them inaccessible to younger generations and clients new to the area, particularly those booking from out-of-state. 

SOLUTION

They contracted Finding You Pictures.

THE CAMPAIGN

The campaign needed to serve 2 demographics: clients (advertising agencies, in-house marketing teams etc.) and talent (scouting/recruitment).

It featured talent testimonials, mini docs and an in-depth interview with Leighton Agency founder, Ruth Leighton. Our goal was to create a personable, but professional, digital presence.

We also introduced an original concept called ‘Live Moments’ for their talent search engine. Now, rather than just seeing still images of each talent, clients can browse 4 second video clips that bring them to life.
